We are seeking a Creative Director, Social to join our team. This individual will provide creative leadership in expanding our brand vision brand across all social channels. The ability to partner across agency lines and geographies is essential. This position will work closely with our Social Media team to fully execute Intel's social media strategy and will understand how social integrates with the rest of our marketing vehicles in order to shape the direction of our powerful branded social channels.

Intel has a very large and growing social footprint. The CD, Social will work closely with Agency Inside Account Services and our partners to ensure the development of integrated content that aligns with business goals. This individual will be a subject matter expert of social media, understanding how the landscape is changing and react accordingly to insights and analytics.

The CD, Social will gain a comprehensive understanding of the work we do and develop world-class work in the social realm. Success will not be measured just by awards won, but rather but the growth and success of the business we support. Understanding and identifying customer insights and social trends to develop work that delivers the vision is key.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

Direct creative execution for global social content
Work with external agencies and internal resources create engaging & responsive, customer focused designs for all screen size touch points
Drive creative ideation and new ideas
Partner with the Account team to ensure creative briefs are inspiring and drive creative teams to deliver great work
Actively build partnerships with marketing social teams
Stay abreast of evolving industry and emerging trends & technologies
With Account Service established processes that enhance our collective ability to generate consistent social messaging for the organization in our communities that best supports our brand.
Identify and scope areas of creative work that can be brought in-house and help build infrastructure to facilitate
Be able to mentor team of designers - manage performance and career development
Create a workable infrastructure and established processes that enhance our collective ability to generate consistent social messaging for the organization in our communities that best supports our brand.
Work with team to provide job assignment/scope and workload balancing to ensure that the project objectives, budgets and timelines can be met. You will be required to oversee the prioritization, coordination and execution of all social assets.\

Requirements/skills:

Technical Expertise. Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with ability to execute high-level creative designs.
Ability to lead teams. Must have strong leadership skills and proven ability to develop talent.
Expert experience executing social media strategies. Understand analytics/insights and emerging technologies. Provide in depth knowledge of social channels and stay ahead of trends to help inform where and how we should show up.
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
Early adopter of technology. The stuff we make is really cool. It is important that everything we do exudes this. Knowing it, living it, loving it will really help.
Relationship building. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional -relationships with clients, colleagues and external partners.
Desire for excitement. Travel may be required both domestically and internationally.
Sense of humor. This is going to be a lot of work. While we ARE changing the world, ability to keep it all in perspective will really help!

Experience:
Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of experience in area of social content creation
Strong creative portfolio demonstrating examples applicable to social marketing
3-5 years experience leading a team
Agency experience a must. In-house agency experience a plus.
