Finance Director Revenue Management Strategy PepsiCo Plano

Finance Director, Rev. Mgmt Strategy & Capabilities will be responsible for creating Revenue Management Strategy, scanning the industry for Rev. Mgmt best practices, and leading the scoping/ implementation of new Revenue Management capabilities (e.g. Personalized pricing, Price scraping, TPO, CRM/CEM, etc.).
This role will report directly to the VP Finance, Rev. Mgmt, work closely with Sr Director FLNA Strategy and Sr Director Finance - Pricing, the FLNA Insight team, Sales & Marketing teams, and collaborate with the Global Rev. Mgmt team. He/She will have two direct reports responsible for new capabilities and strategy respectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Finance, Marketing, or Industrial/ Systems Engineering. MBA or Master's Degree preferred.
5+ years Finance, Marketing, Consulting, or Revenue Management experience.
5+ years of relevant applied quantitative experience, such as revenue management analytics, growth driver mix, market research, ideally with some consulting experience bringing analytic insights to life.
5+ years relevant experience in building company strategy (related to revenue management) was successfully implemented with Marketing and Sales teams
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communications skills are critical - we are looking for someone with the ability to explain and interpret analytic output for business impact as well as influence and drive strategic priorities.
The preferred candidate works well in ambiguity while managing multiple and changing priorities.
Building Talent - because this individual has a proficiency in revenue management, they are often required to train internal individuals on revenue management concepts, planning, forecasting, and driver analysis.
