This position will be responsible for service and operating responsibility for ADP's Recruitment Process Outsourcing Organization headquartered in Findlay, OH leading recruiting operations teams. The role has overall responsibility for fulfilling client expectations, driving client satisfaction and retention within a high-growth business.

Applies Lean Six Sigma methodology, project and change management concepts, and tools to identify process improvement opportunities in a service environment. Leads department to implement process improvements and solve problems that drive ROI.
Designs, develops and executes operations strategy in support of rapid growth and margin expansion in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing business.
Takes a data-driven approach and leverages new technologies to improve capacity, scalability and overall performance of operations group. Responsible for defining policies, procedures, standards and tools for the implementation and on-going service operations together with our client organization to meet our business goals.
Leads managers responsible for leading associate teams including: candidate sourcing/recruiting, administrative support, contact center, workforce management, and recruiting technology by providing high level, general direction. This includes pay, performance, leadership development, and hire/fire responsibilities. Develops career succession plans to ensure critical positions are staffed timely and allow talented associates to grow within the organization.
Establishes clearly defined department and individual goals and objectives as measured by service metrics, quality survey results, business retention, profitability, etc. and communicates these to associates through department meetings and the performance planning process. Provides on-going performance feedback versus objectives and conducts annual performance reviews. Responsible for department hiring and terminations as required.
Determines training requirements and ensures that the necessary training is completed to enhance the skill base of the department. Prepares associates for growth opportunities and serves as mentor to managers. Encourages, recognizes, and rewards on-going associate development.
Provides budgeting input including headcount plan, productivity goals, and other expenses. Controls and approves expenses against budget and within established guidelines.
Creates business partnerships at senior levels within ADP ensure team is executing.
Partners with Human Resources to manage all associate-related issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Relevant Bachelor's Degree required or the equivalent in experience and education. MBA preferred.
Proven experience leveraging Lean/Six Sigma methodology. Certification preferred.
Experience: 7+ years' experience in an operations management capacity, preferably in a high performance environment that has consistently demonstrated efficiency and business performance improvement with significant measurable results using Six Sigma/Lean methodology.
Demonstrated experience collecting performance data, creating dashboards, monitoring on-going performance, and managing the workforce management function.
Generic Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary. Proven ability to assess performance, mentor and counsel associates essential. Strong leadership and people management skills required. Must be able to work under pressure of time constraints and be able to function in a flexible, constantly changing environment. Effective time management and conflict resolution skills required. Ability to motivate and lead others; highly collaborative planning ability; superior business acumen, communication and business judgment.
