This role is responsible for operational project stewardship and business partnership on the ideation, development, and implementation of enhanced business processes for the Program Strategy/Scheduling, Promotion Strategy/Scheduling, Research & Consumer Insights, and Program Planning Operations departments. A component of this is the development of tools, proofs-of-concept, and business processes that enable new capabilities and enhanced productivity. The Director is also a key player in the management and integration of our Data Governance Program(s), with exposure across all levels of management and across many different operating groups.

Actively assume a Business Process Integration leadership role as well as that of a contributor/stakeholder on key project initiatives. Drive innovative technical and non-technical solutions for optimization, data and business process integration challenges.
Oversee the communication and tracking for the portfolio of Business Process Integration and technology projects across the Program Strategy & Planning departments.
Direct the operations of the Consumer Data Governance Council, comprised of senior management across several departments. Develop agenda, workflows and enabling technology to facilitate the effective operations of the Council.
Assess industry trends, vendors, and projects to determine opportunities that may advance the capabilities and productivity of the Program Strategy & Planning department.
Iterate with senior management on requirements and tool design, develop proof of concept ideas and examples, and manage discovery processes with outside vendors and with internal IT resources.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA a plus
5 years experience in Project Development/ Business Analysis and management of technical processes and tools
Advanced Excel skills (role will be responsible for managing complex Excel models)
Project Management Tool skills (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, etc.)
Experience in Business Objects, Tableau, and SQL a plus
Significant experience presenting to, and collaborating with, Senior Management in functional business units
Entertainment/Media Experience a plus
