The Operations Performance Delivery (OPD) team is chartered with driving improved business performance within Fidelity Investments Workplace Investing (WI) business unit. We partner with business leaders to not only shape their strategy but also lead top strategic initiatives to improve operational performance. Position can be located in Merrimack, NH, Raleigh, NC, or Covington, KY.

You have advanced knowledge of Six Sigma, Transactional Lean, Quality Management, and core operations management concepts (Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a plus)
Your strong executive communication skills (verbal/written) and ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers through both personal interactions as well as the creation and delivery of effective presentations.
Your advanced process design and improvement skills.
You are comfortable with complexity and ambiguity.
Your ability to quickly adapt and learn new functional areas and products.
Your experience with analysis methodologies (service models, financial models, work & process flows, data flows).
Your advanced financial modeling / business analytics skills
You have computer skills including the use of Visio, Excel and PowerPoint

As a Director within the Operations Performance Delivery team, you will partner with senior executives to provide strategic analysis, thought leadership, and development of functional performance plans including multi-year roadmaps and measures that ensure performance sustainably and improvement over time.
Our Directors lead and coach business teams to identify challenges, understand current state, develop future state solutions, and execute on the most impactful changes. This is done by drawing on the team's wealth of expertise in driving proven solutions, new ideas, and valuable impartiality to the business problems at hand.
Operations Performance Delivery Directors are involved strategically and tactically in all facets of the project life cycle from idea generation through full execution for medium to high complexity projects.
