Analyze site metrics and synthesize campaign performance across marketing channels (email, paid acquisition, SEO, affiliate, etc.), leveraging that information to help steer our content acquisition strategy (i.e., what should the performance of today’s courses and campaigns tell us about what new topics or courses our customers need?).
Work cross-functionally across our growth marketing, brand, product and content acquisition teams to push forward strategic projects and make sure that we’re getting the right course in front of the right students at the right time via the right channel.
Work closely with our Discovery Product team to identify and scope new search, browse and merchandising features to help the team more effectively promote our best courses.
Develop creative cross-channel campaigns and integrated marketing plans to bring cohesion to day to day performance marketing and brand awareness initiatives.

Structured thinker and highly analytical, comfortable using data to identify actionable solutions from ambiguous situations. Knowledge of SQL a big plus.
