This role will lead Marketing Operations for App Annie, and is responsible for monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. This position will manage a team that closely aligns with the marketing and sales teams, and with sales operations.

How will you be doing this?
Manage marketing automation systems such as Marketo, Eloqua or Hubspot to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management. Establish and maintain campaign plans for easy reporting on campaign effectiveness.
Create and maintain metrics reports and dashboards on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database, appending data as appropriate.
Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance. Work to ensure proper lead scoring and lead routing is in place.
Manage and allocate the overall marketing budget and work with finance on accruals and other finance requirements.
Work with Sales Ops on the flow of leads from Marketing to Sales Development, and Sales Development to Sales.
Manage team of data analysts, marketing automation systems managers, and direct IT staff that supports marketing systems.
Regularly present to Marketing, Sales and Executive teams on funnel conversions and optimization strategies.
What should you bring to the party?
BA or BS degree
Total of 8+ years of marketing operations experience is required and preferably at least 2 of those years as a marketing operations manager or director for a leading technology company
Strong analytical skills and able to deal easily with numbers, and analytic systems including Excel and Tableau or other BI systems.
Experience managing marketing automation systems such as Marketo, Hubspot and Eloqua, and CRM systems such as SFDC.
Strong team player who can work across Marketing, Sales, and IT.
Excellent communicator who can help guide multiple groups toward more optimal marketing programs.
