Director, Global Franchise Management is responsible for the analysis of insights and preparation of priority franchise plans, as well as tracking performances of brands and franchises, and drives initiatives and projects across the company, in collaboration with WB divisions, territories and partners, to optimize franchise strategies and business objectives.

Develop and prepare long-term, cross-company strategic plans for priority DC franchises.
Utilize and manage decision enhancing tools to inform plans:
Research and consumer insights.
Franchise calendar.
Financial data.
Partner with WB divisions and territories to connect and execute plans.
Track, update and report performance.
Lead implementation of key DC franchise initiatives:
Prepare and drive work plans including setting and management of milestones, budgets, vendors and etc.
Advance cross-divisional and cross-territory collaboration, activation and communication in support of initiatives.
Provide regular updates and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage presence and activation of DC branding across content, marketing and communication materials.
Provide cross-company guidance and support for branding, brand/franchise positioning and use of IP in activations.
Create and provide cross-company brand and franchise reference and support materials, as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS required, MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant brand and franchise management, strategic planning and/or marketing experience required with demonstrated growth in responsibility.
Experience managing entertainment brands in a studio environment and demonstrated success in synergistic roles strongly preferred.
Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven track-record in communicating with all levels of executives, staff, internal divisions and external clients.
Excellent project management and planning skills.
Effective leadership and interpersonal skills, consensus building and teamwork.
Excellent research and analytics experience.
Strong P&L analysis and budgeting experience.
Knowledge of comics and/or DC Entertainment properties strongly preferred.
Ability to travel as needed.
