you have 7+ years of professional web development experience
you have 3+ years managing software development teams
you’ve seen projects fail and projects succeed and can explain why either happened
you know how a successful software engineering team works
you’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team
you have excellent communication skills
you can still write code, but you’re committed to building and leading teams of developers
you enjoy agile practices such as pair programming, TDD, story planning, etc.
you have worked using lean methodologies and can be a champion of lean within the organization
you enjoy mentoring others just as much as you enjoy solving hard problems
you have familiarity with a modern web frameworks – Django, Rails, Node.js, React JS, Angular
you want to contribute to the knowledge growth of a world-class engineering team through collaboration, blog posts, and team discussions
