This role reports into the Director of Sales Excellence and Strategy in the Hosting and Managed Service Providers organization. The mission of the team is to define and execute the strategy to drive cloud services to 220+ million end customers through an ecosystem of nearly 30,000 partners.

This person will be accountable for driving HMSP team strategy in terms of:
- Increase readiness of field Channel Executive, working with the offer team to assess skills and drive readiness activities to close gaps
- Improve field productivity, providing the right tools (i.e. Partner CRM) and processes (partner business plans, metrics, KPI), funding mechanism (Hoster Incentive Program) to optimize partner facing time
- Drive field ROB, including community calls and other forms of communication and information sharing
- Drive partner satisfaction measurement process (CPE – GRS Survey), share the insight with HMSP leadership team and with the field
- Define compensation for Sales Roles, to align execution to business goals
- Support HMSP VP and the Leadership team to define overall strategy
- Drive HMSP Rhythm of the business process, including monthly and quarterly field business reviews
The ideal candidate has:
• 10+ years working with working with partners and partner account managers
• Detail and process oriented
• Solid understanding of compensation levers and ROLEX processes
• 10+ years Sales, Business Development and working with Senior Executives.
• Strong analytical skills and mastering Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
