Take the opportunity to help reinvent productivity as Microsoft Account Technology Strategist Manager. The ATS Manager leads, coaches, and manages a team of Account Technology Strategists in creating compelling, innovative solutions that drive customers to buy and use technical solutions based on Microsoft cloud platforms and services.

As an ATS Manager, you will add value by:
• Managing a Team of ATSs focused on ensuring that customers environments are ready to deploy and use new Microsoft Cloud Solutions.
• Building Trusted Technology Relationships with customer Technical Decision Makers, including CIOs, CTOs, and LOB Leaders.
• Ensuring that all members of your ATS team are building long-term Trusted Technology Relationships through solid and value-add Strategic Technology conversations with customers.
• Partnering with other Microsoft sales teams to develop and execute the best Technical Sales Coverage Strategy.
• Using your broad knowledge of the Microsoft Platform, our competition, and the industry to create a vision of how Microsoft can be the customer’s best partner to take their business to new heights.
• Partner with the Account and Specialist Sales teams, along with Services, to manage the usage business across our teams.
• Creating an environment of continuous technical development and peer support among members of your ATS team.

Who we’re looking for…
Professional
• 10+ years of technical sales and/or sales management is required
• Deep affiliation with Microsoft or competitive technology is required.
• Broad Sales Experience is required.
• Experience in Consultative Selling is recommended.
• Extensive experience in Working Across Teams is required.
• Experience in Project Management is recommended.
• Supervisory experience is recommended.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar information technology-related discipline required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Certification in sales, sales management, complex sales training, sales methodologies, presentation skills, consultative selling preferred.
• Additional training or education in Business, Sales, or Marketing is required.
• Certification in Microsoft or relevant cloud, data center, or mobility technologies preferred.
