The role of Technical Solutions Professional (TSP) within the Partner Enterprise Architect Team (PEAT) is an exciting and challenging role which brings together the disciplines of Partner Relationship Management, Pre-Sales Solution Selling and Technical Architecture.

Working with Microsoft’s Enterprise Partners, the TSP is ultimately responsible for hunting for more deals on Microsoft Platform, supporting Partners with Solution Architecture and ultimately, make them win on Microsoft platform.

This Enterprise Partner facing role is more suitable for Solution Architects with deep Architectural skills in Cloud, CRM, O365, EMS and SQL Data platform.

The team supports the majority of the Microsoft platform although there is a special focus on Cloud (Azure, O365, CRM+EMS), Hybrid, data platform and Dynamics.

In this role, you would be responsible for:

Managing a team of 10 CSAs and TSPs
Establishing a high degree of trust with partner(s) Stakeholders through repeated, successful engagements.
Work with the Partner(s) to identify a potential pipeline of Microsoft based opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with key Technology Architects with the Partner(s)
Engage the Partner(s) in the discussion of broader business opportunities and helps provide
comprehensive Solutions thru RFP responses, white boarding, reference Architectures, best practices
Assist the Partner(s) in Identifying high level Solution Architectures for a given Business and Technology challenges
Demonstrates expertise in the Technical and Business dimensions of Microsoft Solutions and Products, which increases ability to articulate the underlying technologies and business value propositions of one or more categories of Microsoft Platform Products
• Work with the PEAT workload owner to assign architects for partner engagements.
• Accompany Partner for solution proposal defense and enhance partner win rate on Microsoft platform
• Manage a diverse set of partners in a given Microsoft region.

Experience and Skill Requirements:
BS/BA or MBA degree in Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology or Information Systems Management or equivalent level qualification. Solution Pre-Sales Experience: Proven success with Enterprise Customers, working knowledge of Solution Pre-Sales strategies and tactics and business value selling
Significant Enterprise Technology Pre-Sales or Consulting experience with deep expertise on Microsoft Enterprise Products and Server Platform.
Deep Architectural experience in Microsoft Platform Technologies Particularly in Cloud
Ability to articulate pros & cons of Design/Architecture decision across a wide spectrum of factors - e.g. latency, storage, startup/shutdown, etc.
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills
Candidate must possess exceptional demonstrated decision-making, conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation skills

A strong candidate will possess as many of the following skills and experiences as possible:
Solution Pre-Sales Experience: Proven success with Enterprise Customers, working knowledge of Solution Pre-Sales strategies and tactics and business value selling
10+ year’s Enterprise Technology Pre-Sales or Consulting experience with deep expertise on Microsoft Enterprise Products and Server Platform.
