We are seeking a Senior Digital Leader (SVP) who wants to build business and grow a team that dominates the local market – with impact across the Southern region of the country – in partnership with other offices. The ideal candidate will exhibit superior client strategy and social/digital marketing expertise with a love for creating compelling content. This role is responsible for leading the Austin-based digital team and serving as the senior account leader on key businesses.
Develop and lead a team of digital specialists including social, content, paid, SEO, planning and analytics.
Plan and lead development of comprehensive digital and social programs
Aggressively lead development of new business prospecting, selling and securing new clients.
Assist in successfully growing existing accounts and clients
Actively manage digital P&L, profitability, client budgets, and team expenses
Partner with design and production to deliver programs on time and on budget
Build strong relationships with clients as the day-to-day client contact
Successfully launch products and programs
Evaluate campaign results against objectives
Qualifications we are seeking in a Senior Vice President candidate:
A proven leader who inspires and motivates a team – and has experience selling, winning and building business
A demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies
Someone who has a concrete history of taking visible action to provide, directly or indirectly, high-quality, strategic creative outcomes and customer service to clients
Deep knowledge of existing and emerging digital media platforms
Expertise in digital media measurement and Influencer engagement across platforms
Experienced client service expert who knows how to act as a strategic partner with brands/companies of all sizes
Candidates must have at least 10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and communications (agency experience a plus)
