Dell Boomi is looking for a rock-star Product Marketing Manager to join our team, focused on solutions and strategic industries. Product and Solution Marketing at Dell Boomi determines the right strategies to take various solutions to market. In this position, you’ll work closely with sales, demand generation, content marketing and product management to understand business needs, and deliver the right message to that audience. This role requires a passion for identifying business opportunities, recommending and executing marketing tactics for solutions and industries, and measuring results.

Responsibilities

- Drive messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategies for our portfolio of solutions and industries and coordinate across departments to develop and introduce new solutions. Reduce broad concepts and business strategies into actionable product marketing plans with measureable results.
- Develop a keen understanding of the competition, buyer needs, industry influencers and decision makers
- Quickly become the expert on all solutions and applications, and their applicability to various industries
- Coordinate with Demand Generation team to translate programs and strategy into measurable pipeline and closed revenue. Implement tactics and strategies to hit pipeline, customer acquisition, and overall revenue goals.
- Deeply understand various roles at customers and buyers and what matters to them. Effectively present Dell Boomi directly to buyers in given industries.
- Work with Product Management, Sales, Services and Executive Management to help prioritize market needs, product/solution roadmaps, and investment to achieve and exceed business goals
- Conduct and manage market research

Qualifications

Qualifications

- 5+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in a SaaS or software environment
- 2+ years product marketing experience
- Proven track record of developing repeatable go-to-market motions for various products or solutions
- Experience with integration middleware, ERP/financial, CRM, HRM and similar business applications a plus.
- Experience in any of the following industries – Healthcare, Higher Education, Retail, Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution - considered a plus
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; highly effective presentation skills, copywriting a plus
- Ability to work across organizational lines, command respect, and influence without authority
- Highly skilled at critical decision-making; ability to evaluate business issues and resolve problems; ability to develop and write a business plan
- Demonstrated leadership ability

Preference

- Experience conducting and analyzing market and competitive research
- Must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution
- An MBA from a well-regarded institution, considered a plus
- Some travel required (~10%)
