Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
Watch: Career Advice Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
Delivery: Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business strategies and address the human factors affecting an organization’s ability to reach their transformation objectives. Use data and analytics to deliver strategic change, organization strategies and technology adoption solutions that enable the success of the organization’s transformation goals
People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices
The Sales Force Effectiveness team is currently seeking Senior Managers with the following experience:
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degrees (BS or BA)
A broad-based and business-oriented understanding of sales issues
8 + years experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Consultant, or Compensation Analyst for a mid-to-large sized organization; or, direct consulting experience
Experience with systems implementation
Proficiency in MS Access and SQL
Willingness to travel at least 80% of the time
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience with tier one compensation software products such as Callidus TrueComp, Xactly, Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) module, Varicent, Merced
Experience in financial services, technology, pharmaceutical, or telecom industries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expertise in a specific industry and/or industry sector
Strong client relationship skills
Strong presentation skills; should be able to develop and deliver impactful executive level presentations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lead a team
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
MBA/Master’s Degree preferred
