Senior Director Cloud and IoT Cisco San Jose

You will design and build the cloud and IoT platform. Applying superb leadership and vision to create the high performing team that will lead operations. You will deliver changes to the portfolio by managing key acquisitions, build new capabilities, drive new processes and seed new talent.
Leadership: Partner with Business Entity and Operations C-level executives, SVPs and VPs to define and deliver operational capabilities to support Cloud and IoT products.
Systems and Architecture: Translate the business strategy to end to end operational needs. Understand the current capabilities within Operations and what will be needed to support the future across the organization. Drive efficiencies and agility in tooling for cloud technology and process automation.

Team Management: Develop a high performing organization that includes Cloud Architects, Engineers, and Managers to lead the adoption and implementation of change across the supply chain. Demonstrate outstanding people management skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
● Technical/ Engineering Experience in cloud and IoT/ IoE within last 3 years
● 15 years of experience of cross-functional operations experience
● Calm and composed under pressure. Ability to adeptly manage and engage across multiple projects at the same time
● Superb ability to build long term trusted relationships with peers and leaders
● Strong understanding of operational processes
● Influential leadership skills
● MBA degree is a plus
● Strong experience in SaaS, PaaS or IaaS either building code or operationalizing
● Good technical understanding of SaaS, PaaS, Openstack/ opensource and CICD technologies

Also will require direct experience in managing and developing SaaS/ cloud teams
