Nick Jr. Short Form Production is seeking a Production Coordinator to join their team. S/he will support the Director & Manager across Nick Jr. Short Form projects for On-Air, Digital, and Marketing. This person will also assist in planning of production logistics and administrative needs throughout department.Specific resposibilites include:

Hire crews and production personnel to adequately staff productions, as directed by Manager
Develop and maintain all paperwork for shoots and internal production, including, but not limited to Project Deal Terms, Blanket Vendor Agreements, Voice Over Contracts, Call Sheets
Colloborate with Manager to maintain and distribute Production and Post-Production Calendars
Establish and maintain relationships with Brand Creative, Current Series, Programming, Media Planning, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Standards and Library departments
Maintain accurate records for each individual project as required by BALA and PRT
Oversee the post-production process to ensure producers are maintaining production schedules and staying within their allocated production budgets
Work with Director and Manager to maximize resources across Kids and Family groups
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2-3 years experience in the entertainment industry preferably in production

Excellent management and team building skills
Superior skills in negotiating, oral and written communications
Trouble shooting abilities
Ability to quickly access problems and find effective solutions
