Facebook is looking for a Procurement Operations Manager to join our Infrastructure Shared Services team focused on Global Procurement. In this individual contributor role, you will lead excellence in execution and ongoing improvement of infrastructure procurement activities from procure to pay.

Responsibilities
• Develop effective procurement and payment strategies for Infrastructure Network Transit • Identify and manage performance targets and improvement programs • Identify and improve key process and operational capabilities (ex. order management, on-time delivery, payables) in order to enable business scale and increase productivity • Drive day-to-day excellence in execution with procurement professionals, including managing performance of the following activities: o Collect, analyze, and process telecommunications and network services invoices from network service providers o Reconcile billings against circuit inventory and ensure accuracy of billing and timeliness of billing cycle o Maintain an Accurate Service Inventory o Manage invoice accuracy (including disputes and resolution), SLA credits and internal reporting o Manage Moves, Adds, Changes, and Disconnects o Contract Lifecycle Management o Service Level Commitments (availability, billing accuracy, renewal terms, disconnect terms, termination liabilities and vendor management) o Budget Forecasting and Budget Management • Establish consistent procurement operations processes to accomplish department and Infrastructure objectives • Partner with IT to develop and deploy and manage tools, and process changes to improve productivity and efficiency • Partner and collaborate with stakeholders and partners to ensure strategy and objectives meet growing business needs
Requirements
• BA/BS in technical or business related field • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role • Prior experience 5+ years working in a shared service, BPO or equivalent environment is a plus • Proven experience in taking ownership and driving performance against KPI targets • Proven experience interfacing with suppliers and cross functional teams • Proven experience improving and managing performance in operational environments • Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills, with high attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to focus under pressure • Must be proactive with proven ability to execute on multiple tasks simultaneously • Resourceful, action-oriented with the ability to get things done and overcome obstacles • Strong organizational and time management skills • Prior experience in cloud industry or related field a plus
