We’re looking for an experienced leader for Publisher Marketing Communications Content team to drive awareness and adoption of the Audience Network by creating and activating stellar content to enable our sales teams, existing customers and to power thought leadership.
Watch: Career Advice The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a talent for content development and go-to-market strategy, including narratives, messaging, product marketing communications, sales collateral, thought leadership and event content support. This role requires the ability to partner with multiple cross-functional teams to support Facebook’s Audience Network publisher solutions and to think strategically while never shying away from the details. In addition, the candidate will have management experience to lead, including setting clear goals, raising the bar on excellence and coaching. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the digital advertising industry and a passion for developing lasting programs that drive business results. This position is full-time based in our Menlo Park or Seattle office.
Responsibilities
Lead the team that creates and drives the go-to-market strategy the Audience Network publisher narrative
Produce marketing content, including PowerPoint decks, one pagers, case studies, thought leadership, videos and more, for multiple audiences including sales, clients and the industry
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify needs, create and package relevant materials, educate teams and activate content
Turn information into simple messaging that showcases the value of the Audience Network
Work with regional teams to land messages in local markets
Requirements
BA/BS degree in communications, marketing or similar
advanced degree a strong plus
10-12 years’ experience in marketing communications or product marketing communications
Must be knowledgeable about the digital advertising industry
experience marketing to the publisher audience a plus
Ability to develop and execute a holistic integrated marketing plan
Ability to synthesize complex product features and client needs into simple, powerful stories
Ability to handle the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a start-up environment
Experience managing & growing teams
