Cisco is looking for an Operations Manager to join the Global Customer Marketing Engagement team to digitize the customer qualification. In this role as Lead to Revenue Operations Manager, you will:
•Support, maintain, facilitate and enable the Marketing Transformation strategy with global business partners
•Design, manage and control the planning, execution and delivery of best-in-class business cases for cross-departmental funding.
•Develop optimized strategy and process for future Marketing programs and its funding process
•Facilitate and coordinate Marketing teams globally to follow standardized xRM process
•Define and implement communications strategy for xRM process
•Capture business requirements and drive standardization and the development and implementation of globally consistent processes, frameworks and methodologies.
•Work closely with sales and marketing teams to converge objectives, KPIs, target audience, market considerations, and purchase processes
•Apply testing methodologies and analyze performance for program optimization
Minimum Qualifications
•Minimum of 7 yrs of experience in managing Marketing B2B projects
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
•Experience in IT industry and working in international cross-functional teams
•Experienced in Project Management including Risk Mitigation and Stakeholder Management
•Experienced in Budget Management – ideally Marketing Finance Management
•Experienced with CRM tools and processes ideally Salesforce
•Experience in working with multi-national entities remotely, leveraging conferencing tools such as WebEx to coordinate virtual meetings.
•Fluent in English
•Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with vendors, partners and internal teams

•Strong knowledge of the B2B IT industry, business trends and new developments
•Able to build and execute Marketing strategies in multi-department matrix organizations in partnership with various stakeholder

•Excellent communication and presentation skills – both oral and written
•Master’s degree (MSC/MBA) preferred – strong focus on Marketing or related field
