Global Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategic development and tactical implementation of digital initiatives affecting the North America region with management oversight, coordination and implementation responsibilities globally as lead for the wider digital team. The position will report into the Global Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities •Drive engagement through online content and build digital marketing solutions •Lead a small global digital team of FTE and consultants; provide a collaborative environment and oversee daily management and tactical solutions to projects and requests •Initiate and implement digital strategies to further current and projected business goals •Manage initiatives start to finish including planning, organizing, and monitoring all aspects of projects to ensure timely and successful implementation •Identify and engage in relationships and opportunities with Corporate Marketing and other business areas within the firm in order to leverage existing capabilities for use in MSIM initiatives •Adapt campaigns into digital media and deliver them in a multi-channel environment •Work closely with Technology to align on processes and execute on integrated projects •Manage vendors, contracts and oversee budgets •Gather metrics and provide interpretations; adapt strategies based on analysis •Drive development of new technologies and integration of digital programs that will advance sales and business objectives •Coordinate with Marketing Communication on thought leadership and other marketing content and campaigns for integration into digital outputs •Liaise with Fund Administration/Operations, Product Development and IT on data content management •Develop process standards and best practices for digital team •Provide a common-sense approach to managing initiatives and integration into our complex business environment QUALIFICATIONS •Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required •Minimum 10 years of digital marketing experience in fast-paced demanding environment •Experience and knowledge working within the Investment Management industry •Possess strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions across multiple levels of management •Goal-oriented, self-motivated and adapts to changing situations and requirements •Mobile marketing and social media experience •Highly organized with excellent project management skills •Collaborative, team oriented and creative problem solving leader with strong analytical and conceptual skills •Strong leader of both teams and projects; provides high-level guidance and tactical process related instruction
