We are seeking a highly motivated, performance-driven digital thought leader known for staying ahead of the digital curve on changing technologies, new platforms and business audience engagement. In this role, you will oversee strategy development, manage digital channels and guide delivery of digital marketing campaigns to various audiences, across multiple channels. You will lead the team responsible for successfully developing Jasper channels that build brand awareness, cultivate customer loyalty, and contribute to increased revenues.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to drive digital marketing innovation and is effective at partnering with other senior stakeholders to achieve specific business objectives. You should have extensive experience devising strategies to drive traffic, acquire customers and build high-value relationships via social media activity, UX, SEM, SEO, display, mobile, email, remarketing, content syndication, videos, blogs and more.

You must be both a strong communicator and an enthusiastic storyteller, someone who takes an outcome-focused approach and finds creative ways to champion the Jasper brand while accelerating global demand for Jasper products.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with the CMO, VP of Marketing, marketing peers, E-staff and business leaders to create and execute digital marketing strategies that accelerate traffic, engagement and customer acquisition
Lead a high-performing team that grows Jasper’s digital and social channels into high-value marketing assets.
Proactively conceptualize, plan and lead Jasper’s digital programs worldwide.
Test and learn to achieve best results across social media outlets, jasper.com, microsites, white papers, webinars, blogs, forums, videos, CRM, SEM, SEO and more
Develop digital roadmaps and initiatives that align internal requirements with purchase drivers/buyers journey insights. Assess, prioritize and capitalize on opportunities to connect our brand with customers
Support senior leadership in the development of program KPIs. Determine appropriate success metrics that will inform current and future campaign development. Manage monthly/weekly/daily forecasting and reporting or traffic, spend, ROI, conversion rates, and other performance KPIs.
Act as strategic advisor and digital partner to Product Marketing, Sales and Demand Gen, as well as external partners on development of channels, promotion and engagement strategies
Champion digital to ensure adoption and participation in programs and best practices company-wide
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing – industry trends, all things social – tools, applications, channels, design and strategy – evolving best practices, competitor activities, 3rd party tools and technology, and customer engagement insights

Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant digital/online marketing experience with significant B2B experience, including managing SEO, SEM, social media engagement, PPC, display, mobile advertising, content syndication, building video channels
Track record of designing/delivering/managing scalable digital marketing campaigns that aggressively increase inbound traffic and unique users
Proven ability to understand what motivates customers and execute strategies with passion and precision
Extremely savvy on social media, digital marketing, current digital technologies, and emerging digital capabilities. Expert in targeting, bids and pricing, A/B testing, messaging.
Strategic vision for leveraging digital marketing campaigns across channels
Hands-on approach. Able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment; work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality deliverables
Self-starter. Able to learn quickly, prioritize effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications required
Passionate about actionable metrics: digital measurement, data-driven ROI analysis, A/B testing
Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills, across all organizational levels
