This position reports to the Senior Director of the Partner Host Management Organization (PHMO) within Advanced Services. It is a leadership position with a unique opportunity to develop a successful partnership with the AS Partner team in GPS, IDTs, Regions, Finance, and AS Operations to increase the leverage of our global service delivery partners. The overall responsibilities include:

The Americas based Partner Host Managers (PHM) and Resource Coordinators (RC) will report directly to the Americas Partner Host Management Leader. The responsibilities of the PHMs and RCs are as follows:
• Manage overall capacity of partner resources against workload requested
• Evaluate new requirements against business and budget affordability
• Ensure accurate requirements are sent to partners and that multiple bids are used appropriately
• Ensure PSOWs are accurate and follow local legal guidelines
• Work closely with the AS Partner Organisation to consolidate spend to the named Preferred Partners
• Consolidate existing PO arrangements with partners to drive efficiency and purchasing power
• Lead the sourcing of candidates from partners ensuring partners pre-screen / manage the interview cycle
• Ensure POs are raised in right legal entities to drive Tax efficiencies
• Ensure timely on-boarding and off-boarding of resources
• Assign resources to day to day Virtual managers
• Approve timesheets / invoices for partner resources
• Manage quality issues with partner companies that may arise with individual resources
• Drive time card compliance and accuracy
Additional Responsibilities for the Americas Partner Host Management Leader include:
• Manage the Americas PCOGS budget
• Provide $150K PEP & PR approval authority
• Serve as the first level escalation point
• Drive resource optimization initiatives and activities
• Drive global initiatives, process, tools
• Develop stakeholder relationships with Cisco Managers/Directors in IDT, Regions, and Partner Team
• Provide backup for the PHM senior director
• Optimize resourcing workflows for seamless operation of partner resourcing
• Work with AS Partner Team to develop business plans with partners to achieve strategic and operational goals
• Ensure that partners deliver services with excellent cost & quality to Cisco’s global customer base
• Solicit partner inputs to drive operational excellence while delivering high quality services
• Collaborate with Region and IDT teams to streamline partner resourcing engagement model
Minimum Qualifications
• 10+ years of work experience
• 5+ years of experience with a proven leadership track record in Technology services industry, developing and managing Partner / Customer engagements
• A track record of successful management of high performance teams
• Passion to establish cross-departmental channels to facilitate collaborative initiatives, earn trust and work across boundaries
• Strong negotiating and influencing skills
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with deep business acumen and an intuitive mind to provide a holistic approach at integrating disparate pieces of information and synthetizing recommendations
• Education: Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business or Technology.
