Oversee a portfolio of clients and proactively develop, manage, and enhance long-term client relationships at senior levels.
Ensure operational excellence and provide oversight for deliverables across all functions.
Establish effective sales and delivery strategy, suggesting new strategic projects and initiatives, and meet/exceed established client expectations with respect to quality and strategic thinking.
Effectively collaborate with sales, strategy, technology and related teams.
Serve as an escalation point to internal teams and clients, maintaining a sense of urgency for all client deliverables and escalations.

Spearhead offer development and marketplace execution related to email services.
Provide thought leadership within the Epsilon organization, to our clients, and at industry events.
Qualifications
A deep understanding of multi-channel and email marketing, marketing strategy and technology and ability to drive development of strategies and key deliverables.
Outstanding client and team leadership skills.
History of managing teams in multiple locations where a high level of collaboration is required.
Proven track record of functioning as a key client advocate internally and externally, anticipating and resolving problems with the client and managing the performance of internal delivery resources.
Experience leading high-performance delivery teams in account, strategy, technology and analytics within a matrixed organization.
Financial P&L management skills.
Excellent C-level client relationship skills.
Proven track record of successfully growing revenue while maintaining required profitability metrics.
Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred.
10+ years of related experience in a digital and/or multi-channel marketing environment
