Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook’s success. The Marketing Science team is looking for an experienced recruiter to hire top analytical talent for specialized roles at the intersection of business and technology. The ideal candidate will have the ability to bridge both technical & non-technical recruiting, with full life-cycle expertise in both.
You will own the recruiting process front-to-end, including sourcing & qualifying analytical profiles, providing consultation to hiring managers & partners to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, and providing a world class candidate experience that lends genuine insight into our culture and what it’s like to really work here. This role is based in New York, NY or Menlo Park, CA.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting process for technical & non-technical roles within the Marketing Science organization, with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy
Team with other members of the Recruiting organization (Coordinators, Sourcers, other Recruiters, and Managers) to manage an efficient model of operation
Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
Find, engage, and activate passive candidates
Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making process with technical interviewers and hiring managers
Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders
Drive offer process, partnering with hiring managers, Compensation, HR and Orientation teams
Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas and the global Recruiting organization
Mentorship of colleagues
Learn multiple parts of the organization, and be able to make decisions and prioritize on behalf of the hiring teams.

Requirements
4+ years progressive recruiting experience (at least 2 years in-house recruiting), with a minimum of 2 years focused specifically on technical positions
Experience in full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
Passionate about Facebook product and able to speak to our technology/industry
Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process
Strong executive presence.
Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit
Sound sourcing approach with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill reqs
Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities
Solid tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, open source communities
Strong consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the org internally, as well as externally
Must be flexible & adaptable, with the ability to pick up new roles spanning both business & technology as the needs of the organization shift
Ability to work with multiple organizations, prioritize based on holistic view of business needs, and push back on stakeholders to communicate priorities and realistic timelines.
Mentorship or lead experience preferred.
Strong research skills and ability and interest in creating a talent map via strong understanding of market trends.
Strong leaderships skills- ability to mentor and develop talent, and drive processes with the business.
