This is an exciting opportunity to join the Solution Validation Services group of Advanced Services. You will be responsible for accelerating the deployment of the latest solutions into the world’s most exciting technology companies around the world. Directing the efforts of an organization of highly talented managers and engineers across the America’s while coordinating with peers globally in the delivery of our services.

You will be responsible for anticipating customer and market needs, defining strategy, innovating delivery models and developing. You will also be responsible for working across organizational boundaries to influence product and solution development as well as product and solution positioning. As part of Cisco's professional services organization, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing your investments, maintaining a balanced workforce utilization as well as meeting other financial metrics.

Minimum Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in managing large complex technology deployments.

- 15+ years of management experience

- Experience working with global peers and cross-functional teams.

- Experience with managing remote teams and individuals.

- Experience in leading a professional services team is desirable.

- Knowledgeable of Advanced Services Program model deliverables and expectations.

- Superior presentation skills. Be able to articulate value-add to Sales teams and Customers up to C level Execs.

- Understanding of competitors products and offerings

- Familiarity with entire portfolio of Cisco products

- Experience with application and/or software development

- The ability to influence effectively in cross-functional teams is a must. This includes cross-functional contribution and impact with development engineering on product development and serviceability design.

- Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

- Financial acumen. Experience with managing investments, budgets and headcount.
