The Alexa Voice Service (AVS) Marketing team is looking for a strategic and results-oriented product marketing manager who can work effectively with product/program management and business development to launch AVS product releases. You will have direct hands-on ownership as well as cross-functional coordination with teams including Channel Marketing, Product Management, Creative, User Experience, Customer Service and Technology.

You will be responsible for designing integrated campaign strategies and driving them from conception to execution. You will effectively project manage the campaign through multiple marketing channels, analyze campaign effectiveness, and clearly articulate results to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Partner cross-functionally to strategize new features, benefits and communications that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Conduct market research, in partnership with our research team, to uncover key customer insights that drive positioning for our existing products as well as ideas for new features or benefits.
- Synthesize market intelligence & customer insights – be the expert on our customers, who they are and what segments we serve; be the expert on the competition and the broader digital marketplace.
- Lead product rollout marketing – Develop the strategy and manage the marketing implementation that drives product engagement. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the organization’s ability to meet its goals. Manage the execution of initiatives from idea through launch, while setting and continuously managing the right expectations with all relevant stakeholders,message strategy across a variety of marketing efforts (such as paid media and member retention)

Basic Qualifications
· 7+ years of relevant work experience in product/platform marketing and demand generation in high-technology companies.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
· Demonstrated success in marketing roles that are partner-facing and field-facing.
· Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint.
· Experience building global partner marketing strategies and program
· Experience in a business-to-business (B2B/B2B2C) environment, high-tech products/services required.
· Willing to travel to meet with sales leaders, partners, attend events and support the sales team.
