Program Manager User Experience Design Google Mountain View

As a Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.
Responsibilities
Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization.
Partner effectively on behalf of the business internally and cross-functionally to drive key strategic processes and initiatives.
Provide insightful data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership, based on analysis, experience, technical acumen and good judgment.
Create strategic narratives for the business, and communicate strategy with the management team and key stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and decision-making with leaders and teams within the organization and across Google.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications:
Knowledgeable about and able to work across multiple functions - including Product, Engineering, Communications, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Legal, HR and Operations.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Ability to identify problems and issues across organizations and create programs and processes to solve them.
Strong program/project management skills, with demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives.
Solid analytical skills and ability to create strategic data-driven recommendations. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and credibility.
