Description
Responsibilities will include the following : - Lead the teams strategic efforts to investigate new payment solutions and partners - Help select the right partners in the right order for the right reasons based on data and empirical research - Lead a process to define measurement of our payment partners and their performance - Build and maintain strategic relationships with payment partners using data to get more out of the partnership - Build up the team's knowledge on the payments landscape - Stay current on emerging payments companies and solutions ensuring that the iTunes Stores and App Stores have the broadest customer reach - Assist the team on defining success metrics in payments, and help get the right dashboards put in place to raise alerts, etc. - Streamline the process to launch new payment solutions - whether it’s by building new apps, or better presentation of data, or refining an iRecon process or system - Work with payment partners and engineering to define the right solutions for Apple’s customers - Collaborate with local teams and central marketing teams to launch new payment types - Determine the next steps for the Payments Platform to optimize and cut costs without sacrificing customer experience - Coordinate the different payments team at Apple to make the best use of our resources collectively
