This role will lead global transformation efforts across PepsiCo, including change management initiatives, business process re-engineering and knowledge management, processes and tools.

Develop/Drive Global Transformation agenda.
Partner with Sector Transformation teams to support delivery of global and local Transformation agendas.
Drive system/framework needed to deliver transformation agenda.
Work collaboratively with PepsiCo’s Global and Sector Transformation Offices to support PepsiCo’s Strategic Agenda
Collaborate with PepsiCo’s Global and Sector Transformation Offices and Global Functions to support/build “Best-in-Class” business analytics capability
Develop Project & Program Execution at a global level
Ensure Global Strategic Projects are adequately resourced for success.
Ensure Sr. Executive Global and Sector sponsorship on Strategic/High Priority Projects.
Ensure well balanced solutions to support the business needs of both the Sectors and Corporate functions.
Establish a seamless and a sustainable “hand off” process to the permanent business process owners.
Partner with Sector CFOs to ensure aligned and consistent productivity reporting and practices.
Harmonize project & program management processes across functions and businesses
Oversee a team of project managers focused on brand P&L, productivity tracking and integrated strategic and capability planning.
Qualifications/Requirements
BS degree in Finance, Business, or Equivalent, MBA preferred.
10 years in leadership roles in with demonstrated success leading transformative change agenda. 5 years Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferred.
Business mindset with strong financial system understanding. Prior experience in corporate strategy team helpful.
Experience in multiple regions, businesses with understanding of global business in developed and developing markets.
Strong background in program management and project engineering methodologies and processes with experience in continuous improvement tools: Lean, Six Sigma, or other.
Demonstrated success in driving strategic agenda through cross functional, highly matrixed organization with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strongly networked with external professionals, agencies and trade organizations; seen as an expert within the field to outside constituencies.
