As a member of the Global Supply Chain Operations Program Management team, you will be responsible for leading a team with high profile project initiatives. This includes leading the worldwide management and execution of cross-functional programs through the Phase Review Process (PrP); developing program goals that support the business objectives; developing and executing strategies and plans to meet the goals Identifying and implementing process improvements and assisting in the integration of complex business factors to develop and implement long-term strategic planning objectives is required.
Responsibilities
-Assume ownership of all aspects of project
-Define comprehensive scope of project (objectives, deliverables, timeline, business requirements, etc);
-Develop and manage detailed project milestones & schedule
-Manage program risks and issues and drive issues to closure
-Anticipate and adjust for roadblocks
-Develop and assess Business Case for program
-Assess differences in fulfillment methods / models across regions, including key areas requiring additional or exceptional processes that add cost, cycle time, or impact
-Assimilate and translate product plans, roadmaps into Operational requirements, capabilities, and project plans

Qualifications

Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or IT and 10+ years of leadership experience
-Knowledge of Supply Chain, IT systems, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment models.
-Strong project management skills
-Facilitation skills to lead Worldwide cross-functional meetings
-Ability to lead extended teams and meet deadlines
-Ability to communicate clearly through oral and written communications
-Understanding of supplier and competitor capabilities and processes.
