Legal Director Anti-Corruption Compliance PepsiCo Purchase

The Director, Anti-Corruption Compliance ("Compliance Director") will be a key member of PepsiCo's anti-corruption legal team. She/he will have primary responsibility for the Company's global third-party anti-corruption due diligence program. This responsibility includes developing and implementing program tools, processes, training and governance documents to comply with regulatory expectations and internal business needs. The Compliance Director will be required to develop annual goals and a long-term strategy for program implementation and expansion. The Compliance Director will be responsible for managing PepsiCo's external due diligence vendor as well as closely collaborating with internal stakeholders.
The Compliance Director will also support the Chief Anti-Corruption/Investigation Counsel with developing other tools and processes related to anti-corruption, as well as conducting risk assessments and investigations.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school with minimum of 4 years of legal experience
Prior experience with compliance, litigation or investigations a plus
Strong focus, organization and project management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to create or improve programs and processes
Ability to exercise sound judgment and think and act independently in a dynamic and complex environment
Ability to work collaboratively with compliance and ethics colleagues and business partners
Commitment to developing subject matter expertise in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other anti-corruption laws and keeping up-to-date with legal developments
