Engagement Program Manager Facebook Menlo Park

In order to align, support, and manage resources needed for enhancing Diversity Engagement (e.g., but not limited to the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs); diversity education for internal clients, e.g., Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) and other clients), it is necessary to establish a program management role. This role will be joining the Global Diversity Team in Menlo Park, CA.
Responsibilities

Provide guidance, direction, advocacy and support to ERG’s success
Operationalize ERG structure and scales all initiatives across global network (e.g., professional development sessions and networking events)
Manage ERG leader development: delivery, coaching, deployment of resources and tools, and monitoring success
Establish criteria for external partnerships for ERG’s in alignment with Diversity & Inclusion goals
Align outcomes with expectations of Executive Sponsors
Advise on and Tracks performance metrics for ERGs
Advise and manages ERG Council
Support identification and on-boarding of new ERG leaders
Requirements

8+ years professional experience in a related function
Strong program, project management skills
Strong knowledge of diversity best practices
Experience and measurable success building and executing programs focused on change management preferred
Proven ability to lead, influence, develop and empower employees across multiple locations and countries to achieve success
Experience in building relationships with global partners, cross-functional team across various levels
Excellent strategic planning and research skills
Results-driven and detail-oriented
Exceptional communication skills
Proven experience in identifying issues and executing solutions
Ability to think creatively and drive innovation
Excellent organization and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced work environment
Previous experience managing teams preferred
