Facebook is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the business in the delivery of organizational solutions for employees. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for evolving and delivering the core HR practices established at Facebook and contribute at a hands-on level to cultivate a vibrant Facebook culture.
Responsibilities

Employee relations contact to assist employees and managers in resolving issues and grievances.
Assess employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees.
Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs.
Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Learning & Development, Compensation, HRIS, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions.
Work with the business on on-boarding and various manager development programs.
Partner with the business on key HR programs such as the review cycle and employee engagement survey.
Support an HRBP in running several of our tech organizations.
Requirements

5+ years of HR experience in a technology or in an organization.
3+ years experience as an HR Business Partner or the equivalent.
3+ years experience with coaching at the manager level, focus on performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting.
Candidate must have demonstrated project management skills and ability to drive programs independently.
Candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and data management skills with the ability to translate data into action planning.
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
BA/BS degree with emphasis in HR or equivalent years of field related experience.
Excellent understanding of the technology, social media, or Internet business preferred.
