The Director of Performance Marketing is responsible for defining and leading our paid media and SEO acquisition and retention strategy. You will develop, recommend, and execute marketing strategies across a variety of paid and organic channels. You will also be responsible for defining goals for the team and building systems to track and measure marketing performance. You will also be responsible for overall planning, forecasting, and optimization across the entire marketing budget to profitably acquire and retain customers while building brand awareness and consideration.
What you’ll do:
Manages multi-million dollar direct marketing budget across channels to meet performance goals
Define our strategy across paid and organic channels.
Build and lead a team to be the the best performance marketing team across Digital Channels (Search, Social, Display, Affiliates), Offline (TV, Radio, OOH, Direct Mail) and SEO.
Own the media strategy and execution across channels and creative testing.
Work closely with our product and analytics teams to build a world-class performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation and optimization.
Lead effort to utilize data-driven methodology, analysis and measurement to improve effectiveness in all marketing channels.
Partner with Marketing Analytics to ensure robust attribution models are built to effectively measure performance of each digital and offline channel, and also understand synergies across channels.
Partner with Research, Strategy and Creative teams to ensure creative effectiveness across all channels.
Work across teams to define acquisition and retention goals and define methodologies to maximize revenue growth through better planning across channels.
Be able to lead our efforts in measurement and attribution for digital and offline.

Qualifications:
Hands-on management of functions across digital and offline media
BA/BS in Marketing, Economics, Applied Statistics or other Quantitative field required; MA or MBA preferred.
Unparalleled analytical skills with the ability to promptly establish priorities and communicate expectations.
Quantitative Data Analysis, Deep Actionable Insights, Modeling, Algorithm Design and Advanced Test Plan Design and Analysis a plus.
High energy and motivational leadership driven by personal influence and example with direct staff, peers, and senior leaders across all company functions.
Ability to work closely and communicate effectively with US and international leadership in an ever-changing environment with tight deadlines.
