Glassdoor is looking for a Sr. Director of User Experience (UX) Design to drive the strategic design vision, perspective, and execution of our full product suite end-to-end, spanning Consumer and Employer (B2B) facing products. Reporting into the Chief Product Officer, this is a critical role and responsibility. This person will have a front row seat in driving the creative execution of the future product at Glassdoor as well as growing and guiding a full UX/UI team.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, mentorship, and cultural change
15+ years designing user experiences, and interaction design, for rich, interactive, consumer or enterprise, web applications
Bachelor’s Degree in HCI, Design, Communication, or related experience preferred
This position reports to the Chief Product Officer and is based in Mill Valley, CA (minutes from San Francisco, just over the Golden Gate Bridge). Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, including equity in a startup backed by top-tier VCs.
