Responsibilities will depend on departmental need but are anticipated as follows:
Responsibilities:
Draft and revise contracts and amendments, including non-disclosure agreements, licenses for promotional materials for television, format rights, and non-theatrical exhibition rights worldwide

Support business units by evaluating rights available for program, and format licensing and perform necessary market and factual research
Administer, schedule, and monitor compliance of contracts for television licensees worldwide
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
JD and/or Paralegal certification preferred
Minimum 5 year’s relevant experience
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Collegiality and team-oriented approach
