Leads Business Planning for the Coca-Cola Refreshments (CCR) organization. Responsible for leading the three year and annual planning process of CCR’s integrated plan development. Facilitates critical cross-functional linkages to ensure a holistic plan. Facilitates decision making with CCR leadership to identify CCR strategic priorities and effectively allocate resources (Capital, OPEX, etc.).
Leads development of key scorecards, priorities, metrics to support the multi-year & annual plan. Plays key leading role in the development of a CCR’s 3 year plan to deliver 2020 Performance Commitments. Coordinates with Coca-Cola North America (CCNA) Strategic Business Planning team to develop an integrated NA Segment Business Plan

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Planning
Leads CCR strategic annual & multi-year business plan development process
Leads business planning across all functions: Sales Operations & Commercial, Product Supply System, Customer Care, Enabling Functions, etc.
Develops strategies & targeted functional direction for implementation of CCR’s LTGM (both topline & cost driving strategies)
Leads development & implementation of a world-class planning process & tools across CCR & North America
Ensures holistic plans by driving necessary linkages across CCR functions , CCNA, Bottling Investment Group (BIG) and Coca-Cola Corporate
Ensures overall business planning and budgeting processes are streamlined and evolving in line with CCR’s multi-year destination, driving exceptional efficiency & effectiveness through continuous improvement and use of technology

Resource Allocation
Facilitates development of a strategic POV on resource allocation (OPEX, Capital) in support of business priorities (multi-year & annual) to ensure delivery of performance commitment (vol, rev, profit, EP, share)
Evaluates cost-benefit trade-off within business constraints
Ensures resource allocation decisions are consistent with CCR strategic priorities

Performance Management and Improvement
Lead development of CCR level performance mgmt. metrics aligned to the business plan, ensuring linkage & alignment across multiple functions
Key linkage into the CCR BTO to collaborate on the establishment/execution of projects critical to business plan success
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education: BA/BS in business or engineering related field. MBA or equivalent work experience
Experience: Minimum required: 8-10 years leading strategy and/or business planning in a CPG organization

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Minimum Required:
Expertise in Strategy & Business Plan Development; Financial Acumen – knowledge of P&L and Balance Sheet optimization with focus on Economic Profit; modeling and analysis; consumer, brand, financial, operational strategy planning & development; working knowledge of CCR commercial, sales, operations, planning, & revenue/gp mix elements (e.g. price/mix, commodities, COGS); strong process & change mgmt. expertise
