Converged Infrastructure is a newly formed business chartered to grow our Integrated Hardware and Software solution sales. Converged Infrastructure Finance provides Business Partnering, Management reporting and Analysis to enable decision making and meet Business goals. The department participates and leads in various Global Business Finance initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and streamlining processes.
Weekly forecast: Analyze, Prepare, and Present Revenue forecast that includes KPIs, Bookings, and Revenue. Work closely with the regional finance and operations.
Planning and budgeting: participate in annual planning and budgeting cycle in line with corporate and business requirements.
Management reporting:
Develop and maintain comprehensive management reporting, and provide analytical insight
Prepare and participate in quarterly Business Operations Reviews
Preparation of Reporting packs for executive management
Ensuring data quality and accuracy of management reporting
Acquisition: Work closely with business groups to provide accurate, timely, reporting
Participate in various Global Business Finance change initiatives to drive improvements in efficiency effectiveness of financial reporting
Participate in Quarter end activities and contribute in close process
Proactively drive analysis on key trends and drivers behind the trends we are seeing in the results. This requires tight partnership with region and operations peers.
Lead and mentor a team of managers and analysts.
Take lead role on key projects/programs that drive the business forward.
Personal Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with 10+ years finance experience. MBA Highly Preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to stay organized, prioritize objectives in a dynamic, challenging environment
Excellent financial & analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Hyperion Essbase Planning and Analysis tool
