The Creative Director – Women’s Brand will lead and direct the women’s brand creative for the most exciting brand on the planet. Emotional, innovative, and passionate - The Under Armour brand is the most important product we create. Our brand story is sacred and must be told with uncompromising passion and stellar execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with Brand Marketing and Product leadership to continually drive and refine how we communicate our Brand mission, personality, and value proposition to athletes.
Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and advance our brand strategy.
Work with the marketing team, strategy team, and copywriters to develop creative frameworks/strategies across all Brand Marketing platforms (big stories) for the creative teams use to drive projects.
Provide quality control over concepts and projects.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to provide brand creative direction to all consumer touch points – including but not limited to retail, digital, content, experiential and sports marketing.
Work with the creative leads to estimate, create, manage, track, and drive deadlines for new and existing projects.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise outside agencies and Under Armour internal team of writers, art directors, editors and producers to develop and execute creative product.
Qualifications
10 years marketing/creative management experience.
Creative experience crossing all platforms and media types.
Experience succeeding in a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive, complex projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
Ability to motivate and lead others in the development and execution of creative projects.
Ability to direct and manage external creative teams and agencies.
Must provide a portfolio of relevant work samples. (via URL or PDF)
