The Director of Product Management for Loyalty will be responsible for defining and driving the overall loyalty product strategy at Expedia. A successful individual will work closely with business and technology teams to create and implement a compelling loyalty platform and multi-brand loyalty products. Responsibilities
Working closely with the Expedia Group brands’ loyalty teams, you will drive the product strategy and product execution of Expedia’s loyalty platform and various loyalty programs.

Specific responsibilities include:
Create product vision, thesis statement, priorities, roadmaps, goals/metrics, and roll-out strategies.
Define scope and develop detailed product requirements for global loyalty projects.
Set, track, analyze and communicate the business goals for the loyalty product, providing a single point of contact between technology and business.
Coordinate with stakeholders across Expedia Inc. to drive integration of strategic initiatives and resolve resource and scheduling clashes on cross-functional projects.
Build effective relationships with key internal business and technology teams.
Identify, size and prioritize opportunities according to revenue potential and strategic importance.
Collaborate with the development teams to evaluate technical options. Work closely with business and technology teams to prioritize and schedule enhancements and fixes.
Launch new loyalty programs on Expedia’s other brands, such as Travelocity.
Execute scientific approach to product management through experimentation and A/B testing.
Evaluate results of completed projects and experiments and apply learnings to future projects and models.
Manage and develop a team of product managers focused on loyalty platform/product.
Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders across the organization to share priorities, roadmap, and key learnings.

Required Skills / Experience:
7+ years’ experience understanding, communicating, and prioritizing technology business requirements in a role such as Product Planner, Product Manager, or Program Manager.
Self-starter with demonstrated strengths managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving them to completion with limited direction.
Proven skills at cultivating strong working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple business and technical teams.
Proven influencing skills; able to push back on business partners while maintaining productive relationships.
Demonstrated ability to design, build and manage highly complex projects.
Proven knowledge of e-commerce standards and best practices.
Understanding of internet product concepts including Data, Social, Viral and Compulsion loops.
Strong track record of managing complex project schedules, resources and communications.
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or other technical/analytical field; MS or MBA a plus.
• Some travel is required for this position. Applicants must have ability to travel to Europe, and throughout US.
