Director Global Device Sales Enterprise Accounts BlackBerry New York

We are looking for talented a talented Sales Director who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of mobile communications and delivering world class devices for users whose main focus is security, productivity, communication and collaboration.
As a Device Sales Director you will be primarily responsible for maximizing BlackBerry’s revenue opportunity for your regions (North America and Europe) for large enterprise/government. The role of the Director is to define, articulate and execute the overall commercial strategy and ensure all BlackBerry’s activity/plans align and support the achievement of quarterly revenue targets for your team. You will be responsible for both the commercial and financial performance for the assigned region/ for your team. Acting as the main interface between BlackBerry and large enterprise/government opportunities your focus will be on developing strategic & profitable relationships.
Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining senior management level relationships with large enterprises/government bodies. Partner to gain an understanding of their businesses and key priorities to identify sales strategies and tactics for achievement of sales targets.
Driving sales and overall messaging of BlackBerry's device products and services to our current and prospective large enterprises/governmental bodies.
Maintaining and expanding BlackBerry’s existing customer base within large enterprises/governmental bodies.
Growing and maintaining relationships with key customers within large enterprises/governmental bodies to increase mindshare/ awareness/ market share in regard to the BlackBerry device portfolio.
Actively managing & supporting the sales team through all stages of the sales cycle including sales planning, delivery of sales programs/incentives to promote awareness and stimulate demand for BlackBerry.
The primary contact into BlackBerry executive on the subject of sales strategies.
Forecast accurately to and drive positive behaviours to the Sales team.
Motivate and manage a Sales team to achieve high performance goals.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Technical Related Field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated Sales team management experience with a track record of consistent sales quota over-achievement.
Broad knowledge of mobile enterprise software, unified communications and mobile device management solutions.
Previous device sales experience, gained within the wireless, high tech or telecom industry.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Proven ability to hire, motivate and manage a Sales team to achieve high performance goals
Confident and effective communicator. Ability to effectively present and influence individuals and groups at all levels.
Ability to translate and communicate key business priorities to drive the development and execution of tactical sales programmes and activities.
