As the leader in brand valuation and the publisher of the annual Best Global Brands report, Interbrand has pioneered the idea that brands have a tangible value as business assets. InterbrandHealth recently launched Best Pharma Brands, an inaugural top 10 ranking that quantifies how a biopharma company’s corporate brand contributes to business performance in the biopharma industry.
We are looking for a candidate who combines business acumen and strategic thinking with a strong analytics background to consult with our healthcare clients and help them to define, measure and manage their brands.
This person needs to demonstrate expertise in understanding analytics, defining research metrics and how to tell a compelling story through the interpretation of data.
This person will work closely with members of the InterbrandHealth brand strategy team to tackle business and brand challenges related to M&A, corporate/product rebrands, brand architecture, brand identity and brand experience strategy. The ideal candidate will seek to actively improve InterbrandHealth offerings and be comfortable working in a multidisciplinary, matrixed environment.
This person will serve as a senior analytics lead on key accounts, advising clients on how to translate their business/brand challenges into questions that can be evaluated through research. A large part of the role will be leading both our internal and client teams to the right approach to generating the right outputs to help our clients to make objective decisions regarding their brands. It will also require the ability to creatively analyze and extract insights from complex datasets and make a supporting business case to clients.
This person will have a significant responsibility to help InterbrandHealth bolster its analytics capabilities through innovation and will take a leading role in producing industry reports like Best Global Brands and Best Pharma Brands.
This person will be expected to participate in business development activities, including the creation of tailored approaches for proposals and pitch meetings.
Finally, this person will serve in a leadership role, overseeing and developing the InterbrandHealth Analytics team in the New York office.

B.A. or B.S. degree, Master’s Degree is preferred.
10+ years experience, preferably with a management consulting/ business strategy company, branding agency or marketing analytics division of a leading market research company.
Strong experience in demonstrating to clients how research/analytics can drive strategic decision-making.
Strong understanding of research design, implementation and analytics.
Expertise in a range of quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
Experience with choice models/trade off analysis, segmentation techniques and/or financial modeling is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of the healthcare market, drivers and trends is preferred.
Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff.
