We’re looking for a Director/Senior Director of Product Management at our San Jose, CA headquarters to lead the product positioning and technical marketing for our digital health product group.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive the definition, product roadmap, and development cycles for hardware and software products
Work closely with developers, partners and customers to research, collect and translate market requirements into actionable engineering insights
Effectively communicate market needs and prioritization to Engineering teams; Understand technical challenges and make educated trade-offs with the team
Lead technical documentation, product deployment, marketing content, training materials, product demos, adoption and usage
Monitor and respond to customer feedback
Required Skills and Experience:
10-15 years product development and management experience- previous exposure leading teams in a matrixed environment
Technical in-depth understanding in wearables (HWs, sensors, SW, algorithms) and consumer healthcare is required. Background in IoT is preferred.
Excellent people management skills to interact effectively with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties:
- Ability to work strategically and hands-on with equally outstanding results
- Capable of working in a culture that is collaborative, consultative, open and direct.
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
4 year technical degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering; MBA preferred
