GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Designs, implements and directs the efforts of departmental and cross-functional teams to support the company's strategic objectives. Directs and supports the most complex programs. Coordinates project benefits and capabilities that the organization can utilize to sustain, enhance and deliver portfolio objectives. Manages ongoing work through governance structures, creating high level plans that provide guidance to highly complex projects where detailed plans are established. Drives alignment and adherence to standards and direction set by the organization. Removes barriers that prevent efficient execution of projects.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years related experience; PMP Certification and/or 5 years experience managing IT projects. Sound knowledge of both IT software development and project management methodologies. Exceptional analytical, problem solving and decision making capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others at all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines, ensure quality and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, service oriented environment.
