Lead, manage and develop the WFA solution architects for LEO US with a focus on global deals.
- accountable for enabling revenue growth for deals.
- improve win rate by enabling sales with the right resources for pre-sales and large complex deal support.
-total headcount responsibility ranges from 5-15 direct reports. improve quality of deals with completeness of design across deals.
- promote the development of repeatable solution designs that help to minimize time to contract and time to revenue.

Change Leadership and collaboration - Ensure collaboration on developing the solution with the customer and with critical Xerox internal stakeholders. Coach/mentor solution architects to lead the service modeling and solution design.

Enable knowledge transfer, communication and streamline work processes across Workflow offerings among Sales Team, Transition Teams, and Dir of Technical Solutions & Support Mgrs.

Create and enable an environment that is focused on continuous learning and operational excellence.

Drive Customer Satisfaction.

Qualifications

Candidate Education:
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field.

Professional Certifications:
Minimum: Has Project Management and Program Management certification.
Minimum: Has a LSS Green Belt certification at a minimum.

Candidate Background: Skills, Knowledge & Ability:
Minimum requirements:
Typically has extensive IT and business/industry work experience, with proven leadership and managing projects and or project portfolios experience.
Has proven project and program management and leadership skills and a good knowledge of business analysis.
Knows own organizations policy framework, management structures and reporting procedures for all aspects of the programs environment.
Has strong planning, communication and presentation skills and is proficient in project quality management.
Additional Experience Manager EPMO
Must be a current or recent Manager or VP of project management office with at least 3 contiguous years of PMO creation and rollout in a large global environment.
Proven track record in managing and successfully delivering business information programs or complex IT-enabled projects, including proven capability in the process, change, and components of an IT project.
Experience in successfully managing complex projects resulting in on-time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction delivery.
Expert-level understanding of PMI or similar methodologies, processes, and tools.
Expert at all PM skills and processes, including risk management.
Ability to work at both the macro and micro level when managing program manager / project manager scope of work.
Ability to manage international, multi-cultural projects involving virtual teams. Ability to provide support to project team and customer.

One or more of the following industry certifications required: PGMP, PMP, or other related certification.
