In this role, you’ll help support CA Technologies charter to transform the IT industry by:
Managing CA Technologies’ Design Center
Leading cutting edge design projects and developing product specific design solutions
Solving complex design problems and creating simple, elegant interfaces for next-generation SaaS products
Collaborating with product managers, researchers, visual designers, interaction designers, content specialists, and developers to deliver innovative product designs
The perfect candidate for this role will have a demonstrated record of success in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of their career. An ideal background will include:
8-12 years of UX experience
Strong analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of advanced HCI and user-centered design principles
Standing as a recognized industry leader
Good knowledge of standard design tools to create a wide variety of deliverables, including flow maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Proficient in the ability to perform usability tests, walkthroughs, heuristic evaluations, interviews, competitive analysis, task analysis, user profiling, and other usability methodologies
Ability to lead large-scale product design initiatives to successful completion
Passionate about user experience and the ability to work effectively within an agile development process
