Burbank Television Enterprises LLC seeks a Director, Digital Media for the WWTVM Digital Media Marketing department. The Director, Digital Media develops and executes the digital strategies for the Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Group. The current portfolio of business to business and consumer sites and applications managed by this role include; wbitv.com, WB Screeners, WBFYC.com, Ratings Pop, The Bachelor Casting site, WB Television Workshop, the WBTV Digital Sales Kit and more. The Director also manages system integrations with other WB systems including; MARS, MSB, DETE and various external systems including; Reach Engine and Limelight. The Director guides business leaders on key decisions to enhance, rebuild, consolidate, or discontinue digital tools that are no longer viable.
The Director also serves a stewardship role, ensuring sustained quality product support, attentiveness to the client perspective, and maintaining a platform that adapts to ever-evolving technology and business needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage work of internal and vendor teams for day-to-day project management and product development for various Warner Bros. Worldwide Television business to business and consumer websites and applications.
Determine project pipeline roadmap is aligned with the evolving digital needs of the Warner Bros. Worldwide Television business.
Hire and lead team, developing team members’ product management, technical knowledge, workflow management and leadership skills.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with other Warner Bros. divisions and external vendors to acquire data, media and services.
Perform other job-related duties and projects as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS Degree or other comparable training.
Minimum 7 years of previous entertainment industry experience required.
Proven management of infrastructure supporting highly visible, high traffic web properties.
Strong project management skills.
Strong client management skills.
Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
Solid communication, people and organizational skills.
Computer literate internet/website technology, Flash, Java Script, HTML, XML Photoshop, FTP, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio, Project Management Tools.
Ability to explain benefits of new technology to people with minimal technical knowledge.
Ability to identify technical specifications implied by business needs, desires, and strategies.
Strong knowledge of worldwide television marketing, distribution, and production businesses.
Strong understanding of all phases of web/software design and development.
Understanding of object-oriented programming, commonly used markup and programming languages, web interfaces, and website administration.
Knowledge of all commonly used broadcast, online and consumer video and audio tape and file formats and standards, worldwide.
Proficiency in data analytics.
Strong MS office skills.
Must be able to coach and lead a team and its members effectively.
Must be able to convey strategic vision so that team members understand their individual contribution.
Must be able to think strategically and translate strategy into tactical operations.
Must have ability to communicate effectively & tactfully with persons on all levels, in person, & on telephone.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and have ability to organize & schedule work effectively.
Must be detail oriented and understand written & oral instructions.
Must have ability to work well under time constraints.
Must be able to work overtime as required.
