The role is responsible for building Multi Channel communication (F2F & digital) research and analytical capabilities roadmap to drive reach, engagement and impact for our portfolio, brand and customers. This person will provide day-to-day offline and online (digital/social media) campaign support to local market and EU region teams and must have the ability to frame, investigate and answer key business questions.
This person will also support development and implementation of Multi Channel Insights framework and process; help deploy turnkey digital content assessment tools; a social media platform and coordinate training requirements across the EU region. This person needs to be an expert in digital marketing and communication assessment methods for both offline and online channels and will manage external agencies and partners to drive new and innovative methods, digital POV and seamless integration between campaigns and content. This role requires a strong familiarity with all available digital and online research tools, KPI development as well as an aptitude for data collection and transforming data into insights and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute short and long term multi channel (F2F & digital) content/communication research capability roadmap to drive reach, engagement, acquisition, conversion and impact. Serve as the voice of the customer at every step of the content ideation, content creation, platform distribution and monetization processes to ensure country and portfolio content strategy is executed consistently
• Develop best-in-class Digital/Social media assessment and evaluation practices and KPIs to maximize impact
• Develop and align role of online channels and share its learning plans with the commercial teams and embed them into insights master learning plan for the markets
• Identity critical online information needs for effective personalized campaign & content by key customer groups in Europe, Big 7 and 3 Cluster markets
• Support MCC team in developing/optimizing digital media plans and digital campaign strategies into customer-facing stories that are built on insights
• Drive wiring and training workshops with Europe region to ensure that all colleagues are aware of digital insights capabilities and process
• Coordinate and liaise digital communication and testing efforts across MCC, Sales and Marketing teams
• Identify new digital research and strategy partners; develop new and innovative measurement practices & KPIs and Evaluate upcoming platforms, channels and digital tools
• Support insights ecosystem that informs communication and content development for local markets
• Assist in designing and building of a streamlined central knowledge management system that gathers, consolidates and feeds multi source data
• Work with BAI & BT team to develop and test digital priorities for our most valued customers
• Relentlessly advocate customer centricity from digital perspective with all internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• MBA/Master’s level in market research, marketing or liberal arts
• 12+ years professional experience
• 4+ year experience in digital/communications
• 4+ year experience in omni channel communication (online channel a must)
• Media agency experience a plus
• CPG experience a plus
• Mastery of online media and content assessment tools (e.g. Nielsen, comScore, MRI, Simmons, EZtab, Google analytics etc.)
• Working knowledge of technology platforms/visualization tools
• Experience in project management practices & projects in a matrix environment
• Exposure to global markets a plus
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, influencing and strategic thinking skills
• Demonstrable skills in driving change and implementing new concepts/ideas
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills in conveying best practice and learning
• Ability to quickly establish relationships of trust and credibility with internal and external parties and to be seen as a partner to the business with a deep expertise in digital marketing and online communications

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:
10-20% travel required to Europe
