Job Description:
The Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for driving acquisition marketing programs focused on driving traffic, revenue and meeting ROI goals. This person will report directly to the VP of Digital Marketing.
• Leading the internal digital marketing team and external partners toward the company’s marketing success
• Overseeing all areas of digital marketing including SEM, SEO, display, email, comparison shopping engines, video, social media, mobile and strategic online partnerships
• Monitoring and analyzing key business metrics on a campaign-by-campaign basis, and taking appropriate action based upon such analysis
• Managing the marketing creative development process to ensure the creative is constantly optimized and consistent with our brand platform, website and store merchandising strategies
• Develop and manage the online marketing budget
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills, Abilities, Experience & Qualifications
• 6+ years of digital marketing/customer acquisition experience
• A hands-on person, exceptional relationship building skills
• Superior analytic skills, and the ability to compile, analyze and leverage performance data to both identify new opportunities and optimize current campaigns
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition targets and a desire to own and be accountable for the online acquisition efforts
• Deep knowledge of advertising creative development, including an understanding of how consumers engage with direct response media and the levers that drive performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelors’ degree
